Evangelion Unit-01 "G" Awakening is an mecha that first appears in Godzilla vs. Evangelion crossover toyline before getting an fictional appearance in P Godzilla vs. Evangelion: G Cell Awakening.
Design
Personality
It usually follows Shinji Ikari's will but will go into berserker rage moments like it’s base form did in Evangelion series.
Origins
When Godzilla and Evangelion Unit-01 teamed up to fight King Ghidorah. Godzilla used his atomic breath on Evangelion Unit-01 that made irlt

Abilities
Atomic Breath
The mecha thanks to being mutated by Godzilla, it is able to fire an atomic breath or beam similar to it in a purple color which was powerful enough to obilerate King Ghidorah.
A.T Field
Like in it’s base form it can use an A.T Field or Absolute Terror Field to protect itself from attacks. Only another user of it like an Angel, another Evangelion Unit, or something to it in power can break through it. It was able to defend it's self against King Ghidorah's Gravity Beams where it rendered them useless.
Agility
It is fast enough to evade attacks from King Ghidorah, Godzilla, Rodan, Kiryu, Second Angel and Mass Produced Evangelions.
Gun
It retains it's normal form's guns.
Explosive Tail Whip
It was able to use an tail whip which can cause a massive explosion when it was used on King Ghidorah.

- It originally appeared as a figure but couldn't be covered under the scope of the wiki until it's appearance in Godzilla vs. Evangelion: G Cell Awakening and the rules on crossover characters being more strict at the time of it's debut before they were loosened a bit to be allowed to include it due to it being made of Godzilla's cells.
