Ghidorah, the Three-Headed Monster

Detective Shindo is a police detective who was assigned to protect the Princess of Selgina, Maas Doulina Salno while she visited Japan. He is first seen on screen being assigned by his chief to meet her at the airport when she arrives. Before going to the airport, he stops in at his mother's house to visit with his parents and younger sister. While there he sees a story on the news about a mysterious meteor crashing on Mt. Ado. He returns to work the next morning to inform his boss that the princess did not show up. The police chief then informs Shindo that the princess' plane went down. He returns the picture of the princess given to him for reference, but not before recognizing her from a newspaper he read at his mother's house about an alleged Venusian prophetess. He tracks down his journalist sister, who had had much contact with the Venusian at a Tokyo hotel, where he explains the situation to his sister. Naoko brings her brother to her hotel room where the Venusian is huddled in a corner in the dark, having narrowly survived an attack by assassins. She is taken out of the hotel and is brought to a hospital for psychoanalysis in order to see if she is Venusian or not. When the results come in, there is still no definitive evidence for, or against the girl's being Venusian. Eventually, King Ghidorah, Godzilla, Rodan , and Mothra begin to battle near the clinic, forcing them out of the clinic. While the group of protagonists watch the fight, the Venusian slips away, and Detective Shindo slips after her. Shindo finds her being shot at by an assassin, whom Shindo begins to shoot at, saving the Venusian's life. During the battle, the Venusian is grazed on the head by a bullet, causing her to remember that she really is Princess Salno, confirming Shindo's hunch. At the close of the film, it is vaguely established that the Princess holds romantic affection for Detective Shindo.
