Ghidorah Rei is a character that first appears in the game P Godzilla vs. Evangelion: G Cell Awakening. She is Rei Anyanami after being infected by King Ghidorah's lifefroce following his defeat by Godzilla and Evangelion Unit-01 but later is calmed down and reverted back to normal.
She later re-appear in it’s sequel P Godzilla vs. Evangelion: Second Impact G when Rei willingly transforms into Ghidorah Rei again to face Biollante Asuka to save Asuka Shikinami Langley.
Design
She has same appearance as Rei Anyami with a darker purple suit with golden dragon outlines cueing from her influence of King Ghidorah, darker hair, red eyes, and has a dark aura.
Ghidorah's Rei second appearance when facing Biollante Asuka, she has more white outfit similar to Rei’s normal plugsuit outfit and brighter golden dragon outlines like before with her eyes still red. It likely due to her being able control that power better.
Personality
Ghidorah Rei seeks out to destroy Godzilla, Evangelions, and Angels. However some of her original personality remains as she tends to be be in pain and if someone is able to make her remember herself she will regain her senses.
During the second instance when facing Biollante Aduka, when Rei Anyami became Ghidorah Rei again, she is less violent and more close to her original form's personality likely due to her being able to control her power better.
Origins
After King Ghidorah's defeat by Godzilla and Evangelion Unit-01, somehow, his lifeforce took possession over Rei Anyami and transformed her into Ghidorah Rei, who plotted to destroy Godzilla, all Evangelions, Angels, and the entire world itself.

Ghidorah Rei would first announce her presence as she obliterates the Second Angel with ease as it devastates the city. She sets to destroy Godzilla, all Evangelions, and Angels. She proceeds to attack Evangelion Unit-02 piloted by Asuka Shikinami Langley as she try to make Rei remember and snap out of her state. After Unit-02 dodges some of her attacks and briefly clashes at close combat Ghidorah Rei, she remembers her former self as she transform back into Rei Anaymi as she is in Asuka’s hands.

When Asuka is infected by Biollante's cells and become Biollante Asuka when she attempts to to kill Rei with her tendrils, she attempts to dodge her them but one of them seemly got her. Rei transformed into Ghidorah Rei again this time without going berserk and maintain herseld, determined to save her friend she flies over to Asuka as she dodge and fight throw many tendrils to gdt up close to her. Managing to grab Biollante Asuka's hand she manage to stabilize her friend's mental state and turn her back normal as Asuka head off.
Abilities
Red beams
She is able to fire red beams powerful enough to obliterate the Fourth Angel with ease.
Flight
She is able to fly being able to keep up with Evangelion Unit-02 and Biollante Asuka's tendrils.
Purple Energy Attacks
She attempted to trap Evangelion Unit-02 in it with a purple energy prison but broke out with ease. Ghidorah Rei is also is able to fire purple beams of energy at Evangelion Unit-02 though manage to dodge them.
Gravity Beams
She is able to summon in King Ghidorah's gravity beams as she summon it in the of an golden dragon before taking the form of lightning when it about to hit it's target.
Physical Capabilities
Ghidorah Rei used purple energy to push Evangelion Unit-02 briefly despite size difference.
Transformation
In P Godzilla vs. Evangelion: Second Impact G Rei Anyami is able to seemly transform into Ghidorah Rei willingly and back.
Calming energy
When she able to take Biollante Asuka’s hand she released a calming energy that turn Asuka Shikinami Langley back to normal turning the Biollante part gold and inactive while Asuka is restored back to normal.
Weaknesses
Ghidorah Rei is mentally unstable as sometimes Rei’s sometimes experience some mental pain due to King Ghidorah's influence. Asuka was able to restore back to normal regaining her senses and her former self which expelled King Ghidorah's lifeforce out of her reverting her back to Rei Ayanami. However in P Godzilla vs. Evangelion: Second Impact G this weakness was removed when she becomes Ghidorah Rei more willingly and able to control it better that time.
