Dr. Kazmiya Voltrang is a disgraced scientist who appeared in the 14th episode of Hanna-Barbera's animated series Godzilla, titled "Calico Clones".

• Dr. Voltrang shares several similarities with Dr. Shinzo Mafune. Both are biologists who made revolutionary but controversial discoveries that lead to their expulsion from their fields. Both men perfected their skills in secret and used them to get revenge on humanity by controlling a giant monster that is eventually defeated by Godzilla.
