Chibi Titano (ちびチタノ Chibi Chitano) is a juvenile kaiju who appears in the second season of the 2023 animated television series Chibi Godzilla Raids Again.
Name
Chibi Titano's name is a combination of chibi (ちび), a Japanese word meaning "little," and "Titano" (チタノ Chitano), a shortening of "Titanosaurus."
Design
Chibi Titano mostly resembles a "chibi-fied" version of his namesake, with skin being an red color, orange fins, a humanoid body shape, antennae on his head, a long neck and three white toe claws on each of his feet. He does, however, bear a few differences in appearance from Titanosaurus: he lacks an underbelly, has less detailed and smoother skin, more muscular arms, differently-colored eyes and a shorter snout.
Personality
Chibi Titano is a self-proclaimed hooligan and often makes intimidating declarations though in actuality does not have a desire to fight others and shows care in the state of the health of the other monsters, commenting that everyone spends too much time on their phones, that Chibi Godzilla should move his body more and be positive rather than feel disappointment, that he wants others to join him on his runs and that Chibi Rodan should go home and rest if he feels unwell.

Chibi Godzilla Raids Again
This section is a "Don't Underestimate Monster Hooligans"
Chibi Rodan boasted of a tale about how he defeated a monster hooligan to both Chibi Godzilla and Chibi Mechagodzilla, both of whom were completely unimpressed and bored by this. Chibi Mechagodzilla pointed out that there were no hooligans on Monster Island but suddenly met Chibi Titano, who was crouching in the middle of the road. Chibi Titano threatened Chibi Mechagodzilla while introducing himself as the number one and only monster hooligan on the island, with Chibi Mechagodzilla pointing out that being the only one would instantly make you number one. Chibi Godzilla reassured Chibi Mechagodzilla that they had Chibi Rodan on their side though he immediately gave up and submitted to Chibi Titano, admitting in the process that he lied about his story. Chibi Titano then threateningly asked Chibi Godzilla where he was going and appeared to be challenging Chibi Godzilla when he heard Chibi Godzilla's answer but simply answered "nice" in response, shocking Chibi Mechagodzilla. Chibi Titano explained that he was curious about this because usually everyone is too distracted by their phones in the modern day and as a result don't walk properly. Chibi Rodan began to boast once again but quickly submitted when Chibi Titano told Chibi Rodan should take more care when he was flying. Chibi Godzilla expressed disappointment in Chibi Titano's behaviour as he wished to meet an actual hooligan and Chibi Titano appeared to be enraged but pointed out that he simply wished for Chibi Godzilla to become more positive and turn his shame into energy. On that note, he set off on a run but came back to advise Chibi Rodan to rest if he was feeling unwell, misunderstanding Chibi Rodan boasting behind his back.
