Ravana (ラーヴァナ is a Rāvuana)giant demon king from the Hindu legend Ramayana who appeared in the Toho-produced Japanese film adaptation of the same name.
Name
Ravana's name comes from the Indian word Rāvaṇa (Sanskrit: रावण), meaning roaring.
Design
While he is depicted as having ten or alternatively nine heads in the Hinduism legend Ramayana, he only has one head in the film..

After abducting Rama's wife Sita while she was dancing with animals and a Rama, Ravana returns to the Kingdom of Lanka witch later Rama and a group of animals invade Lankapura, Ravana hides as Lankapura burns.
Abilities
Fire Breath
Ravana is seen breathing fire on a monkey annoying him when the castle is under attack. This ability foreshadows Godzilla's atomic breath.
