Yuki-onna

Yuki-onna (雪女, lit. Snow Woman) is a kind of yokai from Japanese folklore. that made appearances in the 1965 Toho film Kwaidan, the 1968 Daiei film The Snow Woman, the 2005 Kadokawa film, The Great Yokai War, the 2016 tokusatsu film, The Snow Woman, and the upcoming 2021 Kadokawa/Toho Distribution, The Great Yokai War: Guardians.
Name
Yuki-onna's name is a combination of the Japanese words Snow (雪 and Woman Yuki) (女. Onna)
Design
Yuki-onna has white skin, clothes and black hair.

- In the 2005 film The Great Yokai War Yuki-onna had a white hair, it is the only appearance of the yokai without black hair.
