Name
The name Crystal Crawler describes how the superspecies inhabits the crystal-rich caves of Hollow Earth.
Behavior
The Crystal Crawlers let HEAVs fly by them without attacking. Monarch describes them as "protectors", a designation also applied to Titans like Godzilla, Mothra, Kong, Methuselah, Behemoth, Suko, and Shimo.
Design
The Crystal Crawlers are quadruped reptilian monsters with brownish scales. Their back is decorated with sharp blue glowing crystals all the way from the top of their head to the tip of the tail. The head has small crystals on the brows above a pair of small yellow glowing eyes, as well as some above their cheeks which resemble ears. The mouth is large and covered in sharp and long teeth, and the elbows and forearms are also decorated with sharp crystals.
